What can I expect from the event?
The exhibition Goya Universe: Between Light and Darkness offers visitors an immersive experience in every sense. Its resources are designed to bring Goya's world closer to everyone, both from a personal and human perspective, as well as from an artistic and historical standpoint.
Where is the experience held?
At the Centre d'Art Amatller (Passeig de Gràcia 41, Barcelona).
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors. The facility is both air-conditioned and heated.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 70 to 90 minutes.
Will food and drink be available for purchase on site?
There will be a place to purchase food and drink right next to the space.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality.
What languages will the experience be available in?
The experience will be available in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
About the Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the change policy?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make changes, please contact us with your ticket ID number. Please note, no refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Are there free tickets for children?
For children up to 5 years old, admission will be free.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please fill in the group form with your preferred date of attendance and the size of your group.
About Accessibility
What are the general access rules?
The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 (last entry at 20:30).
We recommend allowing approximately 70 to 90 minutes to complete the full tour.
You may enter up to 10 minutes before the start of your session. For example, if you have a ticket for the 12:30 session, you may enter until 12:50.
Your ticket specifies an entry time, but there is no exit time. The ticket is valid for the entire day within the venue, but re-entry is not permitted.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will be held in an accessible venue. The space at the Centre d'Art Amatller is adapted for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available?
There is no private parking at the Centre d'Art Amatller, but there is parking space for motorcycles in front of the venue. For cars, we recommend a nearby parking lot which you can find at the following link: parking Centre d'Art Amatller.
¿Cuál es la mejor forma de llegar al evento?
Recomendamos la línea verde (L3) parada Passeig de Gràcia, que te deja a 1 minuto. También, la línea lila (L2) y la línea amarilla (L4) parada Passeig de Gràcia, que te dejan a 4 minutos. También puedes llegar en bus con las líneas H10, V15, 7, 22 y 24, o en bicicleta a través de los diferentes carriles bici disponibles.
Metro:
We recommend the green line (L3) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which leaves you 1 minute away.
Also, the purple line (L2) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which leaves you 4 minutes away. Also, the yellow line (L4) Passeig de Gràcia stop, which leaves you 4 minutes away.
Buses:
H10, V15, 7, 22 and 24.
By bike:
You can get there by the different bike lanes available. There are three Biking stations near Casa Amatller:
C/ Ps. de Gracia, 61, 2-minute walk.
Rambla Cataluña, 47, 2-minute walk.
C/ Aragón, 288, 2-minute walk.
Will there be strobe lights?
Access to the center is not recommended for people with epilepsy.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
There are restrooms available on site, you can ask our staff for directions on site.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Pictures can be taken throughout the site, as long as they are taken without flash.
Where can I ask about lost-and-found items?
We recommend asking the staff on site if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to do so, please contact us.
Is there a checkroom available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a checkroom.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Please note that the space is stroller accessible.
Can minors come to the event alone?
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult.
